High-power BJTs target audio

The FJP5200OTU, FJP1943OTU, FJPF5200OTU, and FJPF1943OTU bipolar junction transistors (BJTs) are suitable for home, music and commercial audio applications. They offer extended common-emitter current gain and a 15-A collector current capability.

The BJT products offer an extended safe operating area for reliable operation and a 30 MHz transition frequency. These devices are packaged in TO-220 and insulated TO-220F packages, targeting applications below 100 W. They are also available in TO-264 and TO-3P packaging for applications above 100 W.
