A global privately maintained I-Grid power-monitoring network now offers enhanced reporting capabilities through the Grid Alert Event Notification service. The service allows customers to choose from three different notification options that are delivered via e-mail, pager, mobile phone, or any internet-enabled PC.
Composed of 4,000 I-Sense voltage-sag detectors, the I-Grid reports to a centralized server that tracks dirty power in real time. It corroborates data between local detectors to determine ground zero for measurable grid events.
