Turn-key tester checks CATV electro-op parts
Said to be the only turn-key test solution for analyzing CATV or Radio-over-fiber electro-optical devices, the N4374B lightwave component analyzer (LCA) offers highly accurate and traceable S-Parameter test of transmitters / receivers, as well as fast calibration and setup. Based on ENA-C network analyzers, the unit replaces the 8702 LCA.
The unit offers relative and absolute responsivity specifications traceable to international standards, responsivity test with less than 0.8-dB uncertainty, 75-Ω support with minimum loss pad, and an integrated optical average power meter.
