The F54 series HCMOS oscillators with 2.5-V operation offers stability options of 15 ppm (F547), 10 ppm (F549), and 8 ppm (F54S), with phase noise of −140 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and a jitter period of 3 ps rms. The series is ideal for communication equipment, data transfer and test and measurement equipment applications, where reduced current and heat generation are required.
The parts also operate over a wide temperature range of −20° to 70°C or optional temperature range of −40° to 85°C (R version) and feature a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C at 10 s.
