MOSFETs target high-power-efficiency applications

The TPCxxxxx series power MOSFETs support mobile and desktop computers, servers, game consoles and other electronic devices to convert input voltage for processor, memory, and input-output devices. These fifth-generation devices provide suitable RDS(on) as well as switching for high-side MOSFETs.

The devices have a drain source voltage 30 V (max.), gate resistances of 1 or 3.4 Ω, maximum RDS(on) at 10 VGS of 11 or 11.4 mΩ, packaged in a TSSOP measuring 3.5 x 4.65 x 0.75 mm, SOPs, measuring 5 x 6 x 0.95 mm or SOP 8 packaging measures 5 x 6 x 1.6 mm. (From $0.52 ea/sample qty available now.)
