Power LEDs have ultralow profile

Combining low 20-K/W thermal resistance with 9,000 to 18,000-mcd output, the VLMW82 LEDs series high-intensity white power SMD LEDs come in the CLCC-2 flat ceramic package with an ultralow 0.75-mm profile. The package allows higher-current drive for maximum light output while maintaining service life of up to 50,000 hours.

The InGaN LEDs are optimized for display backlighting and illumination in automotive and transport, consumer, and general applications. They have a typical luminous flux of 35,000 mlm, optical efficiency of 40 lm/W at 100 mA, and 60° half-intensity angle. ($1.70 available now.)
