Optimized balun structures allow the part to provide up to 42 dB of LO to RF and LO to IF isolation, while conversion loss is specified at only 8 dB across the frequency range of 6 to 12 GHz.
The part exhibits a wide IF bandwidth of dc to 4 GHz, while operating with LO drive levels as low as +17 dBm.
