70-V Schottky comes in tiny package

The 70-V, 15-mA CMAD6263 Schottky diode is available in the tiny SOD-923 surface-mount package. This device has a maximum VF of 410 mV at 1.0 mA, typically measuring 395 mV. The reverse leakage current typically measures 98 nA at 50 V with a maximum limit of 200 nA.

The SOD-923 package dimensions are 0.026 x 0.043 in. and uses 55% less board space and has a profile 48% lower than the SOD-523 package. The diode has a power dissipation rating of 100 mW and an operating temperature range of –65° to 150°C.
