Micropositioner claims industry’s smallest size

With a 10-cm diameter and 11.8-cm height, the M-810 is claimed to be the industry’s smallest electromechanical six-axis hexapod micropositioning system. The device offers a 5-kg load capacity, submicron resolution, travel ranges to 40 mm (linear) and 60° (rotation), and a velocity of 10 mm/s.
