Dual ADCs offer 12 bits, 1.25 Msamples/s

The 12-bit, 1.25-Msample/s MAX1377/MAX1379/MAX1383 dual simultaneous-sampling A/D converters offer 71-dB SINAD, ±1.25 LSB INL maximum, and ±1 LSB DNL maximum. Each of the two A/D converters features an independent SPI for host communication, allowing the fastest clock required on each interface to be reduced to 20 MHz while supporting the maximum sampling rate.

They are fully specified over the –40° to 125°C automotive temperature range and are available in a 20-pin TQFN package. (From $4.98 ea/1,000 — available now.)
