The MAPRST0912-50, MAPRST0912-350 and MAPR-000912-500S00 high-power bipolar transistors are suited for pulsed avionics applications, ranging from 960 to 1,215 MHz such as air traffic control systems, distance measurement equipment and identification friend or foe systems.
The new devices are assembled in a hermetic, ceramic-metal package. The MAPRST0912-50 provides 50 W peak, has a minimum gain of 9 dB with 45% typ. collector efficiency on a 50-Vdc supply. The MAPRST0912-350 is rated at 350-W peak and features a minimum gain of 9.4 dB with 50% typ collector efficiency.
