Combining a Vishay/Sfernice potentiometer module with a custom PCB tactile switch, the SW44585 device offers both rotary and push-on momentary functionality in applications where space is tight. The SPST switch enables the user to specify a value so that at the push of a button, the circuit or channel automatically opens at the preset level.
The potentiometer switch features an optional edge-lit knob assembly and a snap-feel momentary switch actuation. Rated for loads from 5 to 100 mA at 0.1 to 50.0 Vdc, potentiometer resistance is 10 KΩ ±10%, and operating force is 14 oz. ($19 to $29 ea/1,000 — 10 weeks ARO.)
