The MAX14752/MAX14753 8-channel/dual 4-channel analog multiplexers feature a leakage current of 20 nA max, an on-resistance of 60 Ω typ, and an on-resistance flatness of 0.03 Ω typ to minimize the voltage errors introduced by series current-limiting resistors on switch inputs. Additionally, the devices integrate input diodes to protect against overvoltages and undervoltages and eliminate the need for expensive optorelays.
