MCU features Cortex-M3 core, 512-KB flash

The TMPM330FDFG 32-bit Cortex-M3-based microcontroller targets consumer, industrial, security system, and low-power applications. The chip features 512 Kbytes of flash and 32 Kbytes of RAM and has 1.25-DMIPS/MHz performance.

The LQFP100-packaged device has an operating frequency of 40 MHz and requires only about 15 mW. It has a 12-channel 1.15-µs A/D converter, fast interrupt response for critical real-time applications, three I2 C and three SIO ports, and a 10-channel 16-bit timer. ($6 ea/10,000 — samples available in December.)
