Converters offer Vout from 0.25 to 25 W

The E400, E500, E700, E800, E900, E1200, and E1600 dc/dc converter series offer output power levels from 0.25 W to 25 W. For example, the E712-5.06U 700 Series converts a 12-Vdc input voltage to 500 Vdc at 6 mA, unregulated. Custom variations also are available within each series.

The converters can be used for applications that need dc voltages not available in the system such as 85 Vdc for an ink-jet printer or other applications such as fuel pumps and test equipment. (Ea/1,000: E500, $12.19; E700U, $13.35; others vary depending on size and output power — available now.)
