The HBC 5KC Series ac/dc power supplies deliver 5-kW output power from a 291 x 57 x 457-mm vented enclosure. Suiting heavy-duty industrial environments, it has a ruggedized frame and conformal coating to ensure resistance against shock, vibration, and moisture. The supply is designed to meet IEC 61373 Categories 1 A and B shock and vibration standards.
The fan-cooled supply is rated for 24 V at 200 A, 48 V at 100 A, 125 V at 40 A, or 250 V at 20 A, continuous duty. It can be operated from either 240-Vac or 250-Vdc supply voltages. Other input and output options are available. An optional redundancy diode allows for parallel connection to achieve higher output power. ($2,650 ea/100 — available now.)
