SAS/SATA host adapter cards use PICe 2.0

The ExpressSAS H608 and ExpressSAS H680 6-Gigabit SAS/SATA host adapter cards use x8 PCIe 2.0 and 6-Gbit SAS to deliver the fastest available connection to SAS/SATA/SATA II storage. The adapters feature full driver support for Windows, Linux, and Mac environments, and are backward compatible with 3-Gbit SAS and SATA devices.

The ExpressSAS H608 has eight internal lanes and the H680 eight external lanes of connectivity, each providing up to 1200 Mbytes/s full-duplex throughput per lane. The low-profile-form-factor boards have a one-click installation. ($595 — available now.)
