0.5-W SMT LEDs come in cool, warm white

The compact (3.2 x 2.8 x 1.9-mm) ASMT-QxBB Power LED series for use in automotive and electronic sign applications now includes cool- and warm-white versions. The high-brightness 0.5-W PLCC-4 InGaN devices have a wide (120°) viewing angle, and have been optimized for long operating life under severe environmental conditions.

The RoHS-compliant units have efficacies of 48 lm/W (cool) and 43 lm/W (warm), 125°C junction temperatures, 60°C/W junction-to-pin RT ’s, a 40° to +110°C operating temperature range, and JEDEC MSL 2 moisture sensitivity. (From $0.50 to $0.70 — available now.)
