Dc/dc converters deliver 15 W/in.2

The UEI15 isolated dc/dc converters are rated at 15 W and feature eight models that provide regulated fixed output voltages from 3.3 to 15 V. The converters provide 15-W/in.2 power density and suit high-current designs with space constraints.

The converters are available in an industry standard 0.96 x 1.10 x 0.36-in. package and have a 9 to 36-Vdc or 18 to 75-Vdc input voltage range. Typical applications include industrial products, from small instruments, microcontrollers, and remote sensor systems, as well as vehicle electronics, transportation, and portable equipment.
