High-brightness LEDs are credit-card thin

Measuring just 1.2 mm thick, the warm-white NZ10150 and pure-white WZ10150 Z-power Z1 series high-brightness LEDs make it possible to incorporate exceptionally thin lighting designs in consumer goods, as well as general-purpose indoor and outdoor lighting.

The pure-white (6,300K) LED delivers a maximum of 120 lm, with typical output being 105 lm, while maximum and typical ratings for the warm-white (3,000K) diode are 95 and 80 lm, respectively. Both devices have a 120° radiance angle and consume 400 mA with a 3.8-V forward voltage. (Contact Daniel Park for pricing available now.)
