The PA2143NL surface-mount coupled power-bead inductor is dual-phase device supports Volterra’s VT1300 multi-phase VRM. The dual-staple inductor design lowers DCR and a low-loss ferrite core reduces inductor switching losses, resulting in an efficient voltage-regulation system with a smaller footprint and lower cost.
The RoHS-compliant inductor has two phases magnetically coupled into a single part, with each phase offering an equivalent transient inductance of 50 nH (nH) and a magnetizing inductance of 160 nH minimum. Each phase is rated for 30 A and has a DCR of 0.28 mΩ max. ($0.28 ea/100,000 — 6 weeks ARO.)
