LED drivers deliver 1-V dropout

Having only 1.0-V dropout and fixed output currents of 20 mA and 25 mA, respectively, the CL520 and the CL525 constant-current two-terminal LED drivers suit general lighting applications employing single or multiple LEDs, such as decorative lighting and low-voltage signage or channel lighting. The drivers come in TO-92 and D-PAK packages and feature temperature-compensated output currents to maintain consistent LED brightness regardless of temperature.
