The CVCO55CC-2745-2860 VCO operates from 2,745 to 2,860 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. Features include a typical phase noise of –106 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset, an output power of 4 dBm typically, a second harmonic suppression of −15 dBc typical, and pulling and pushing of 0.8 MHz and 1.3 MHz/V, respectively.
