The CMPSH1-4L and CMPSH1-4LE VF Schottky rectifiers are offered in a SOT-23F surface-mount package. The CMPSH1-4L features a forward-voltage drop of 270 mV at 100 mA, and 390 mV at 1.0 A, while the CMLPSH1-4LE enhanced version features leakage currents of 200 µA at 5 V and 900 µA at 40 V.
