MOSFET driver works from –55° to 125°C

The LTC4444MP-5 is a high-reliability grade synchronous MOSFET driver with a 100-V input. The driver operates, and is 100% tested over a junction temperature range of –55° to 125°C. It drives upper and lower power n-channel MOSFETs in synchronous rectified converter topologies.

This MOSFET driver can source up to 1.4 A with a 1.5–Ω pull-down impedance for driving the top MOSFET, and a source current of 1.75 A with a 0.75–Ω pull-down impedance for the bottom MOSFET. It is suitable for driving high-gate capacitance, high-current MOSFETs. The driver can also drive multiple MOSFETs in parallel for higher-current applications. ($2.88 ea/1,000 — available now.)
