The NP0080, NP0120, and NP0160 thyristor surge-protection devices (TSPDs) are designed to protect the next generation of high-speed telecom equipment during surge and ESD events. Available in a TSOP-5 package, the TSPDs offer a differential capacitance of less than 3 pF across the operating voltage range and feature a current withstand capability greater than 50 A during a 8 x 20-µs surge event.
