100-W dc/dc converters suit industrial apps

The TEP-100 series isolated 100–W dc/dc converter modules provide solutions for industrial applications where PCB mounting is not an option. The converter series features a metal enclosure with four M3 inserts for attaching the converter to a chassis or heat sink. An optional chassis mount adapter with screw terminals simplifies electrical installation.

The series comprises 12 models with input ranges of 18 to 36 or 36 to 75 Vdc and outputs ranging from 5 to 48 Vdc or 3.3 to 48 Vdc. All models feature 2,250 Vdc isolation, 92 to 93% operational efficiencies, –40° to 105°C operating baseplate temperature, and full load capability up to +60°C.
