Mini-module features CPU, memory, Ethernet

The MiniCore RCM5600W processing module is intended for real-time control, communications, and networking applications. It features 32 GPIO, six serial ports, 10/100Base-T Ethernet, and a 50-MHz Rabbit 5000 MCU. It has a 31 x 51 x 3-mm Mini PCI Express form factor.

The card has 1 Mbyte of flash and 128 Kbytes of SRAM. It uses 200 mA at 3.3 V (typical — with Ethernet). Versions are available with Chinese documentation and a Chinese GUI. ($50 ea/2,500 — available now.)
