It has a 17.15 x 17.65-mm footprint and 7.0-mm profile, with a frequency range up to 2 MHz and standard inductance values from 0.22 to 22 µH.
Specified for an operating temperature range of 55 to 125 °C, has a saturation current range from 23 A up to 129 A, a heat-rating current range from 9.0 A to 44 A, typical DCR from 0.63 mΩ to 25.1 mΩ, and maximum DCR from 0.66 mΩ to 26.5 mΩ.
