The TKxxxxx series 500- and 600-V MOSFETs combine high-voltage pi-MOS VII process technology with a planar process to provide a wide selection of voltage and RDS(on) ratings. The 13 devices include seven 500-V and six 600-V MOSFETs for use in ac adapters in notebook and desktop computers, flat panel displays, and ballasts used in lighting.
The seven 500-V devices provide a selection of drain current from 5 to 15 A with an RDS(on) from 0.3 to 1.5 Ω. The 600-V devices offer a drain current that ranges from 3.5 to 13 A with an RDS(on) from 0.43 to 2.2 Ω. ($0.75 ea/sample qty — available now.)
