The MAX19995/MAX19995A/MAX19997A/MAX19999 family of dual, downconverting mixers address all base-station applications spanning the 700 to 4,000-MHz bands. The devices provide up to 24.8-dBm IIP3 linearity, up to 9 dB of conversion gain, and a 2RF-2LO spurious rejection of up to 79 dBc.
They integrate two mixer cores, four amplifiers, three baluns, an LO splitter, and dozens of discrete components. In addition, noise figure values reach down to 9 dB. Housed in 36-pin TQFN packages, the family offers two unique 5- and 3-V “green” power modes. (From $9.96 ea/1,000 — available now.)
