EEPROM features tiny package

The LE25LB642CT 64 Kbit serial SPI EEPROM features a thin 0.35 mm package. The 1.02 x 1.52-mm footprint device comes in a Wafer Level Package (WLP) and operates at 1.8 to 3.6 V.

The chips serial I/O operates at up to 3 or 5 MHz and at –40° to 85°C. It takes only 3 µA max in standby, 1 mA in read, and 3 mA in write. ($1 ea/sample — available now.)
