LED driver operates at up to 2.0 MHz

The A6210 LED driver uses constant on-time with valley current-mode control. Features include switching frequencies of up to 2.0 MHz, an input voltage range of 9 to 46 V, an output current up to 3 A, and a standby current of less than 100 μA.

Optimal drive circuits minimize switching losses, allowing over 90% efficiency in realistic conditions. Housed in a QFN package, the A6210 also features feed-forward control and thermal shutdown. ($0.76 ea/1,000 — available now.)
