One-channel RF mixers offer high performance

The ADL5801, ADL5355, ADL5357, ADL5365, and ADL5367 single-channel RF mixers suit satellite communications, wireless base stations, point-to-point radio links, instrumentation, and military applications. Useful for both transmit and receive signal paths, the ADL5801 active part enables down- and up conversion of signals and achieves 27-dBm IIP3 with 10-dB single sideband noise figure.

The ADL5355 (1,500 to 2,500-MHz) and ADL5357 (500 to 1,500-MHz) passive parts integrate LO and IF amplifiers and achieve 27-dBm IIP3 with 8.1-dB power conversion gain, and 9.4-dB single-sideband noise figure. Also passive parts, the ADL5365 (1,500 to 2,500-MHz) and ADL5367 (500 to 1,500-MHz) integrate an LO amplifier and achieve power conversion loss of –7 dB and provide 31-dBm input IP3 and 7.1-dB SSB noise figure.
