PECL fanout buffer runs on 2.5 or 3.3 V

The SN65LVEP11 3-GHz PECL/ECL differential 1 to 2 fanout buffer can operate from 3.3 or 2.5 V, enabling lower-power designs.

The 8-pin SOIC-packaged IC features 240-ps typ propagation delay, deterministic output for open input conditions, and temperature compensation. ($5.50 ea/1,000 — available now.)
