The AM2GW-Z and AM3GW-Z series of single- and dual-output step-down, dc/dc converters provide 2- and 3-W power, respectively. The converters also have a 4:1 input voltage with 9 to 36- and 18 to 75-Vdc ranges and 1,500-Vdc I/O isolation.
The devices are provided in a compact SIP8 (21.85 x 9.2 x 11.5-mm) or SIP9 (25.91 x 9.14 x 12.45-mm) package, with an operating temperature range of –40° to 75°C. Output currents of up to 500 mA are delivered to regulated output voltages of 3.3, 5, 12, and 15 Vdc with 85% efficiency.
