Compute module uses SUMIT interface

The CoreModule 730 tiny rugged computer module is based on the ULP Atom 1.1-GHz Z510 and 1.6-GHz Z530 CPUs and features the new SUMIT expansion interface. SUMIT reinvents stackable and mezzanine with high bandwidth and easy connectivity, including multiple PCI Express lanes, USB 2.0 interfaces, LPC bus, I2 C bus, and SPI bus, into a fraction of the space previously needed.

The 3.6 x 3.8-in. card has the US15W chipset, DDR2 533 SODIMM RAM up to 2 Gbytes, Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 2.0 ports, IDE interface, a Compact Flash socket, eight general-purpose I/Os, and a graphics engine with H.264 decode acceleration, analog VGA output, and an 18-/24-bit LVDS interface for LCD displays.
