The RV-3029-C2 and RV-3049-C2 real-time clocks combine a 32.768-kHz crystal and temperature compensation in a 5 x 3.2 x 1.2-mm package. The parts achieve a timekeeping accuracy of ±3 ppm max, which is equal to a time deviation of less than 2 s per week.
Over 0° to 50°C, the frequency deviation is still within ±5 ppm max. The temperature compensation is even working over the extended range of –40° to 125°C.
