3.3-V OCXO suits femtocell apps

The 3.3-V FC100 series OCXO is suited for 3G, Stratum 3, GPS and femtocell applications in standard frequencies of 10, 13, 19.2, 19.44, 20, 26, and 38.88 MHz. The stability is smooth over temperature with less than 200-ppb frequency offset over 0° to 70°C with a phase noise of –145 dBc at 10-kHz offset for 20-MHz carrier frequency.

Offered in an 9 x 14 x 7.5-mm surface-mount package, the series features CMOS or clipped sine-wave output. ($20 ea/1,000 — available now.)
