Green PMOLED display has 5.5-in. diagonal

With a 5.5-in. diagonal, the 256 x 64-pixel OSD-5664ASGGF01 passive matrix monochrome (green) OLED display is said to be one of the largest commercial PMOLED displays. It supports up to 16 gray-scale levels, and its Solomon Systech driver IC supports an 8-bit 6800/8080 parallel or 3-/4-wire SPI data interface.

The panel has 120-cd/m2 typical brightness, less than 10-μs temperature-independent response time, >160 viewing angle, and a greater than 2,000:1 contrast ratio.
