MMIC VCOs offer high output power

The HMC734LP5(E) and HMC735LP5(E) GaAs HBT MMIC VCOs provide fundamental output frequencies from 8.6 to 10.2 GHz and 10.5 to 12.2 GHz, respectively. The parts deliver an output power up to 18 dBm, a single-side-band (SSB) phase noise of –100 dBc/Hz, and an integrated divide-by-4 prescaler output, which can be disabled to conserve power when not required.

Both accept tuning voltages from 1 to 13 V and are housed in 5 x 5-mm RoHS-compliant SMT packages. (From $34.15 ea/10 — available now.)
