250mA LDO withstands 80V input

A high-reliability (MP) grade, LT3013MPFE is a micropower LDO with input-voltage capability up to 80 V. The device is offered in a TSSOP package and operates from 55 to 125C junction temperature, featuring dropout voltage of 400 mV while delivering up to 250 mA of output current.

The LDO has a VIN of 3.3 to 80 V and an adjustable output from 1.24 up to 60 V. It suits automotive, avionics, 48V telecom backup supplies, and industrial control applications. It has a 65–µA operating current and a 1–µA quiescent current. ($6.50 ea/1,000 available now.)
