Connected to a PC’s USB 2.0 or 1.2 port, the PIC MPU-based model HSE humidity-sensor evaluator can display, monitor, and log percent relative humidity as well as dry-bulb and dewpoint temperatures using resistive and hybrid capacitive humidity sensors. Included software has response curves for RH sensors and a humidity/dewpoint calculator.
Temperature can be recorded in °C, K, °F, or R. The board works with Windows 2000, XP, or Vista, and comes with USB cable, two %RH sensors (UPS-500 and HC-610) and a 10K thermistor. Options include other sensors (UPS-600 or HC-700) and an 18-in. remote sensor cable. ($125 — available now.)
