Level translators handle 1.1 to 3.6 V

The FXLA104 and the FXLA108 are four/eight-channel configurable dual-voltage supply translators for both unidirectional and bidirectional translation between two logic levels. The devices allow translation between voltages as high as 3.6 V to as low as 1.1 V.

They have three-state outputs, and auto direction sensing, power-off and ESD protection, and take just 10-µA quiescent supply current. They come in a 1.8 x 2.6-mm UMLP16 or 4.5 x 2.5-mm DQFN20 package and operate at –40° to 85°C. (Ea/1,000: FXLA104, $0.60; FXLA108, $0.85 — samples available now.)
