The expansion of products in the YEV series of 3-, 6-, and 10-A vertically-mounted POL dc/dc converter products offers an extended operating temperature range option of –40° to 85°C, targeting commercial applications. The converters deliver up to 94% efficient power conversion in communications and server applications.
They offer an input range from 4.5 to 13.8 V with user-defined 0.6 to 5.1–V outputs. They can start up prebiased loads, have no minimum-load operation, provide UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and have an enable-input interface capability. The converters measure 0.41 x 0.40 x 0.65 in.
