TCXO offers low acceleration sensitivity

The T1300 series TCXO offers a g-sensitivity of less than 0.05 ppb, or 5 x 10-11/g of applied acceleration force. The device, when operating under random vibration, can offer phase noise improvements of more than 40 dB over conventional TCXOs.

The part offers standard frequencies of 10 and 20 MHz, and it is available from 10 to 50 MHz. Additional features include a frequency stability of ±1 ppm (−40 to 70C), ±2 ppm max, a supply voltage of 5 Vdc at 10 mA (3.3 Vdc optional). The device’ss phase noise output is CMOS compatible with 50/50±5% duty cycle. (Call Jim Griffith for pricing and availability.)
