USB I/O module handles digital, analog, motor
The Expert I/O 1000 input/output control module features a simple USB connection to control 16 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs, two analog outputs, six analog inputs, and two brush dc motor controllers. The compact 6.125 x 3.375 x 2.25-in. unit has a DIN-rail mounting mechanism.
The digital I/O voltage can be set to 3.3 V, 5 V, or any user-provided voltage between 3.3 and 27 V. Outputs are push/pull, and 2 Kbytes of nonvolatile memory are available to the user. All configuration is done via an API provided in a DLL. ($979 — available now.)
