LVDS, LVPECL clocks measure 5 x 7 mm

Designed for applications requiring quartz crystal stability, wide temperature range, low jitter, and low power, the LM and PM series fixed-frequency crystal-controlled oscillators are available in 5 x 7-mm surface-mount packages. Operating at 2.5- or 3.3-V supply voltage, the LM series provides LVDS differential outputs with enable/disable function, while the PM provides LVPECL differential outputs.

Features include frequency stabilities as low as 20 ppm, an rms jitter of 0.6 ps typ, a power consumption of 65 mA, and a temperature range of –40° to 85°C. The frequency range of 25 to 670 MHz covers applications in SONET, GE, FC, G.709, OTU1, OTU2, 10GE copper and fiber, 10GEFC, SAS, HDVUSA, HDVEUR, and DDR clock rates. ($5 ea/10,000 — available now.)
