Measuring 0.582 x 0.8 0.15 in., the CPLL58-1800-1860 PLL/synthesizer operates from 1,800 to 1,860 MHz with a typical step size of 10 kHz. The device is ideal for use in telecommunications, computers, radio equipment, base stations and other electronic applications. The part needs only an external frequency reference and supply voltages for the internal PLL and VCO.

Additional features include a VCO voltage of 5 Vdc, a PLL voltage of 3 Vdc, a second-harmonic suppression of –20 dBc typ, and a typical phase noise of –103 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset with minimum output power of 3 dBm.
