Measuring just 4.9 x 3 mm, the AD8276, AD8277, and AD8278 difference amplifiers offer a slew rate of 1.1 V/µs, a supply range of 2.5 to 36 V, and a bandwidth of 550 kHz. In addition, these parts feature 220-μA max quiescent current with an 86-dB CMRR.
In addition, the amplifiers offer a 15-µs settling time of 0.01%. On-chip resistors are laser-trimmed for accurate gain, low-gain drift, and high common-mode rejection. The single-channel AD8276 and single-channel AD8278 are housed in 8-pin SOIC and MSOP packages and the dual-channel AD8277 in 14-lead SOIC packages.
